Red light no

My wife does not like the red light so not using. The yellow light and the glasses have worked well. I put the glasses on 3 hours before going to bed and I definitely have slept better. Getting about 7 hours of sleep a night so far. I have only had them for a week, Hope this continues. A good night sleep has also helped with anxiety
