I hadn't done anything different except use the blanket so I'm assuming that was what gave me great sleep. The nights I don't use it, are the nights I don't sleep. I don't think I've used it long enough to see any other benefits. But, the sleep, is a big deal for me. I'll take the baby steps and give feedback later on as I see more and more improvements.
